Preservation conditions of the Black Cake
Since the product is totally natural and without preservatives, it is convenient to take into account the following tips:
. The product shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture. When keeping it under the adequate preservation conditions, the product shelf life can be extended.
. Avoid the product to make contact with the sun.
. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
. Do not keep in the refrigerator, cold dries the cake and it will lose the flavor.
Once the cake package has been opened:
. Another distinctive characteristic of the black cake are the fruits, so please do not cut it like a traditional one, cut no more than 1.5cm thick slices, so in this way you will avoid the centre to brake.
. Before consuming let the product get oxygenated.
. Store the it in a hermetically sealed recipient (tupperware kind), in a cool, dry, dark place, in order to avoid contact with the air and consequently produce the dryness of the product.
